The Public safety Police forces from Nangarhar reported that they arrested a bomber with five rings of bombs from the 1st District of Jalaabad city. The man planted five rings of bombs and explosives in a rickshaw vehicle and wanted to carry out a terrorist attack in Seraj al-Amart Park in Jalalabad city.
