Seyyed Kamal, the sub-governor of central Baghlan district said, that last night in the central Baghlan district, Shikh Jalal area, masked unknown gunmen killed 9 and injured 10 employees of halo trust organization.
Halo Trust organization is an independent organization, and since long years serving in different provinces of Afghanistan.
