NATO’s media office reported that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte met yesterday, November 22, with U.S. President-elect Donald Trump and his National Security Advisor Mike Waltz in Palm Beach, Florida.
The NATO media office stated that both sides discussed global security issues and challenges currently faced by NATO during the meeting.
Although NATO is currently not directly confronting Russia over the Ukraine war. There are concerns that if negotiations to resolve this conflict do not accelerate, NATO could be drawn into a direct military confrontation with Russia.
