The United States imposes new sanctions on Pakistan over its long-range missile program development

by Hewad Press

The U.S. Department of State announced in a recent statement that it has imposed new sanctions on four Pakistani entities due to Pakistan’s long-range missile program development!

According to these sanctions, Pakistan’s National Development Complex, which is responsible for the ballistic missile program and has acquired materials essential for the advancement of long-range ballistic missiles, has been subjected to these restrictions.

In addition, companies such as Affiliates International, Akhtar & Sons Private Limited, and Rockside Enterprise, which supply equipment and materials for Pakistan’s ballistic and long-range missile program, are also included under these sanctions.

It is worth noting that these sanctions from the United States come at a time when concerns over the safety of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons have increased due to the deteriorating security situation in the country.
