Ukrainian Drone Strikes Target Buildings in Russia’s Kazan City!

by Hewad Press

Reports from Russia indicate that recent Ukrainian drone strikes have targeted several high-rise buildings in the city of Kazan.

Kazan city officials told the media that today, Ukrainian kamikaze drones carried out attacks on several high-rise buildings in the city, causing structural damage. However, no casualties have been reported.

Rustam Minnikhanov, the leader of Tatarstan and Kazan, issued a statement on his Telegram channel instructing local authorities to inform residents of the ongoing Ukrainian attacks and assist in relocating them to safe areas.

Meanwhile, Russian media reported that the Federal Air Transport Agency has temporarily closed Kazan International Airport and Gagarin Airport, canceling all flights as of Saturday.

On the other hand, Ukraine’s Air Force announced that last night they successfully intercepted and destroyed 113 drones launched by Russia.

It is worth noting that while there have been reports of peace negotiations being pursued between Ukraine and Russia, led by the efforts of Donald Trump and Emmanuel Macron, the conflict between the two nations has intensified in recent days.
