Ukrainian forces have captured a wounded North Korean soldier on the battlefield. North Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) has confirmed that the soldier was captured by Ukrainian forces in the frontline .
Reports suggest that North Korea has sent around 11,000 soldiers to Russia to support its war against Ukraine. Ukrainian officials stated that more than 3,000 North Korean soldiers have been killed or injured in the Kursk region alone.
