Reports from Nangarhar indicate that a coordinated armed attack has been carried out on the Taliban police command in Jalalabad city. According to an initial report from a local news source, three attackers from the ISIS armed group launched an assault on the Taliban police command in Jalalabad. The attack resulted in the death of one Taliban member, while in the counterattack, one of the assailants was killed, and two others managed to escape.
It is worth noting that this is the first such attack carried out by ISIS against the Taliban in Afghanistan.
