Secretary of State Antony Blinken just announced at his twitter account that the United State will provide nearly $300m in additional civilian aid from State Department and USAID for Afghanistan. He further stated that this assistance is a demonstration of United State enduring support and desire to see Afghanistan will build on the gains of the past 20 years.
