Security sources reported that the sister of Simin Barakzai, the current representative of Herat people in the country’s parliament, Nasrin Sotoudeh Barakzai, the former candidate of the parliament from Herat, was killed as a result of a mine explosion at Baghlan province of Afghanistan.
