Sayed Abdul Wahid Zahed Qatali, the governor of Herat province, who were speaking while handing over the child to their families, stated that 10-year-old Asannat had been kidnapped from her home door in the center of Herat city 24 hours ago, fortunately today due to immediate and professional act of the national security forces, she was rescued from kidnappers and meanwhile during this rescue operation, three kidnappers arrested as well. The governor of Herat also praised the quick rescue action of national security forces.
