A public health source in Kabul told the media, that 22 people were killed and dozens more were injured in a mass attack on the 400-bed Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan Hospital. Taliban officials also acknowledged that the attack killed some civilians and their fighters as well. Sources says that It were six attackers. Two blew themselves up at the hospital gate and the other four entered the hospital, injuring and killing dozens people. The dead and wounded included Taliban security personnel as well. Unconfirmed reports say that Maulvi Hamdullah, the commander of the Taliban’s Kabul Corps, was also killed in today’s attack in Kabul. However, the Taliban have not yet confirmed the news. Meanwhile, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said in a statement to the media that today’s attack in Kabul was carried out by ISIS. Killed 3 Taliban security personal and 9 other civilians.
