At least two people were hanged by unknown forces near the Karez Bridge on the Jalalabad-Torkham highway in the Ninth District of Jalalabad, the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, last night. Neither the identities of those killed are known nor has anyone claimed responsibility for the killings but after the fall of the Afghan government, an escalation of attacks between ISIS and the Taliban in Nangarhar reported.
